much of the studio publicity concerning the comedian.

J. Fields: Grandson of W.C. Fields. Foremost Fields historian.
Author of two books on W.C. Fields.
- Will
Fowler: Author, longtime personal friend of W.C.
- Everett
Freeman: Screenwriter on Fields film, You Can’t Cheat An
Honest Man.
- Gloria
Jean: Co-star in Fields’ picture, Never Give A Sucker An

Kennedy: Stage Co-star. Played title role in broadway play Poppy, 1923.
- Leonard
Maltin: Author, film historian. Has done much writing concerning
W.C. Fields. Regular on the popular TV show “Entertainment Tonight”.

L. Mankiewicz: Screenwriter. Wrote three Fields films: Million
Dollar Legs, If I Had A Million, Alice In Wonderland.
- Doris
Vinton: Ziegfeld Co-star. Appeared with Fields on stage in
1922.
